  I think that Elinor and Eleanor are the traditional spellings (Elinor might be more of a British spelling?) and either of those look good to me.

  Eleanor. This was my Mom's name. Not crazy about the full name (neither was she!) but we love Ellie now that Ella is wildly popular. Cool that this name is gaining popularity

  Eleanore would be the traditional spelling. If you want to change it up a bit, drop the e, but any other spelling...
