Mom was a stray - probably 15 mos old- I'm going to name her Mallory
Pups- the one with mostly black/gray on the face is the girl, and the one w/ a mostly white face is the boy they are 5 wks old now.
Here's some names I was thinking of - please chime in
Girl: Rory, Essie, Nessa...
Boy: Finley?...
I want cute names that will help them get adopted.
And by the way... anybody want a dog?.... they'll be up for adoption soon!
Girl is on the left, boy on the right:

Re: Meet my foster dogs- and help me name them!
SQUEEEEEEEEEEEL!!!
Sooooooooo precious! I'm so jealous of you! What breed?
I like Essie! And Finley's cute but I like that better for a girl.
Hmmm let me think for a bit.

Where are you? I'm not sure we're ready for a dog yet but DH have been seriously considering adopting a puppy.
Are you keeping any of them?

What about:

AJ - boy pup
From the Soprano's.
The mom is a great pyrenees- she looks purebred but she's small maybe the size of a golden. She's a bit taller than my foxhound mix, and I bet she weighs 65 lbs max. she needs to fill out though.
I'm fostering them through Indianapolis Great Pyrenees Rescue. But just b/c I'm in IN- don't let that rule out getting one. I'm not sure of their policies for adopting out of state- but a lot of rescues will. You just have to fill out an application, they'll set up a home visit (usually a local person who volunteers- like someone from your local shelter)- and often transport can easily be arranged by a network of volunteers who each drive a leg of the transport. I mean- they even transported them to me- since I live 3 hrs away.
And I got my berner from an out of state rescue- no problem!
I wish I could keep one- but we're just fostering. I have 3 dogs now and that's a full house for permanent residents according to my husband....
If you're serious MontyMrs- let me know. I can PM you my email address too! And pyrs are the best! I can give you a better estimate of their adult weight later-

I'm emailing pictures to my DH, We need to seriously discuss if we're ready.
We won't take them on unless we think we can really devote the appropriate time, so I'll let you know. And we're both comfortable with bigger breeds, we actually prefer them.
SO frickin' cute and that's wonderful you were able to foster them.
Oh my goodness....how cute! I couldn't do fostering....I would keep them all!
