Has anyone used Costco to print photos? Any input on quality? Does the South Mopac warehouse have a photo lab in store?
One of my goals before I have this baby is to print out 2 years worth of digital photos & put them in an album. I just received Costco's flyer & there is a coupon for 9 cent unlimited photos.
Ideally, I'd like to take in a few cd's & get them printed in store. I don't want to be uploading photos forever on the internet & I've done mass printings with snapfish/shutterfly with poor results...it just seems when I get hundreds printed at a time the quality is lower.
If this is a no-go, any other suggestions? Price is a factor, but I'd pay more for better quality (thinking of going to Ritz/Wolf or somewhere else in town...). Thanks!
Re: Costco for photos? Other in-store suggestions?
Yeah, I just had some photos printed there and they turned out great!
I'm going to have to get that coupon - is it in this month's mailer? I have a ton of photos to print out and that's a great deal!
BTW you can upload all of your pictures online (Costco) and then tell them which location you want to pick them up at. They're usually ready within an hour!

Yep, the 9 cent special is in this months flyer & the coupon is good from 04.15-05.09.
I'd upload the photos online but I have hundreds to print...I'd rather just drop a CD off in store than take the time to upload them all...
Good to know about the quality! Thanks!
My neighbor is a semi-professional photographer and she raves about the Costco printer quality. (At least at the one in S.Austin.)
And, we've used Costco several times and have always been very happy. : )
