is it too soon...for weekend plans ??

I know it's only hump day....but, I'm sooo ready for the weekend to get here!  Not only because of our scheduled IUI on Friday...but on Saturday the hubs and I are driving to the Outer Banks (OBX) to see my brother and his family.  They have a timeshare and will be there for a whole week, but the weekend is the only time we can take to see them.  I totally miss my nieces and nephew!!  They are at the greatest ages...and I think I'm officially "Cool Aunt Rach".  LOL!

Anyone else have any exciting weekend plans??

    Heck no!  Not too early.  I've never been to OBX but really want to visit soon. 

    DH and I are going to Longwood Gardens this weekend - the tulips are in bloom.  Longwood is a former private residence that has just crazy awesome landscaping, indoor floral/water displays and fountain shows.  Other than that, not much going on.

    Love, love, love tulips!  They are my favorite flower.  And I love looking at those types of gardens with super awesome landscaping and such...probably because I'm no good at it.  LOL!   Have a great time this weekend!

    Love the Outer Banks!  Have fun and what a great way to take your mind off of the 2ww.  Good luck on Friday, I hope this is the one for you!  I am on my own this weekend, so nothing exciting planned.  Maybe a movie with a friend.
    I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...

    That's right...I *forgot* that your DH is out of town.  Movie with a friend is still exciting...especially if it's a movie that DH doesn't mind missing.  LOL!  My hubs loves it when I can catch up on all my 'girly' shows and movies while he's out.  So, it's a win-win!    :)   Enjoy the movie!

    We have yet to stay longer than a weekend in the outer banks; we've had friends come in for their vacation (usually a week) and we'll run out to see them for the weekend...maybe next year we'll get a chance to have our vacay there.

    Good luck with the IUI!!

    No big plans for us this weekend, Saturday is a beach day and Sunday I'll probably be cleaning the house.
