When did you fit back into your regular clothes?
Yesterday, as I dug out the maternity jean skirt, I could only help but wonder when I might fit into my regular stuff again. Unless they are "stretchy" pants or a knit skirt, I don't fit into ANYTHING except maternity jeans.
((Skinny people who fit into their regular jeans one week after delivery need not respond- J/K- sort of))

With all the pros of quitting, this is definitely one of the cons! I used to be able to consume all the calories I wanted and you would never know! Those days are gone! The number on the scale keeps going up!
Ugh, I figured it would!

HaHa! I also weigh more now than I did post-pregnancy.
So feeling your pain right now...
Everyone is different- I know it's NOT what you want to hear but you can't gauge your body on another persons.
With all three of my pregnancies I did NOT drop the last 10 to 15 lbs until I finished bf'ing. Yup, you read that right! Despite eating clean and doing moderate exercise I could not budge the last of the weight.
The good news is? I already (finally) busted through the plateau I'd hit for the last two months in a few days post bf'ing!
I feel the same way. BF'ing didn't make me drop weight like I hoped it would. After I stopped, I dropped a few pounds, but I really need to do something to get rid of these last 10 pounds. I need to exercise!
This post just made me feel so much better!!! I can't get into any of my pre-preg jeans and have been so upset about it because I thought I should be able to by now. I have been so embarrassed that I still have to wear maternity clothes, but I guess I shouldn't be!
I still have 20 lbs to drop to get to my pre-preg weight and I feel like nothing's coming off no matter how much friggin lettuce and grapes I eat!
All I keep thinking is Greece/beach/balooga whale.

This makes sense because doesn't the body hang on to 5 pounds of fat for breastfeeding purposes?
Hope you're eating more than just lettuce and grapes girlie!! Gotta keep that milk production up with some calories!
I'm sure the pounds will start coming off soon!
