Haven't tried them, but I wonder if I could make mini cake jars out of the million and one baby food jars I have?
That's a really good idea! Like single serving cupcakes that you could mix and pop into the oven when you just want one. Or, cool gifts for baby showers! Not sure how you'd portion out the eggs/oil for just one serving, though. I think you may have a concept on your hands, though...
ETA: Okay I'm an idiot and didn't click on the link because I thought I knew what they were; I didn't realize the OP was talking about the jars of already cooked cake...which sound really good too! I thought they were those mix in a jar things I've seen before, where you just add one or two ingredients and bake.
Uh, yum! Looks like they might have just started up this month from the comments on FB. Will definately have to share with DH. Not exactly on my WW plan but would be a great mother's day gift.

Well if you eat a little one maybe it won't be too many points right? lol. yeah right. It's a good thing it's so far from me because if it were close I would have to try them.
