Ate out at both meals yesterday and made healthy(er) choices than usual, so that was good. Am really struggling with milk supply though this week - it seems to have dipped even more (again with her consumption going up starting last week). I had already been focused on drinking more water and eating more protein. Yesterday, I tried upping the fenugreek (which I hate because of the maple syrup smell!) I have to remember to share my vegetarian chili recipe this week - it's awesome!

I tracked points all day and did go over 2.5 points. If I would have hit the gym I would've earned some points. Thank you atlantic for getting this started. I really think this check in everyday is helping. If I think about eating something I shouldn't, I think about this check in and I avoid it. So if I'm missing a check in for a couple days I probably fell off the food wagon.

Didn't do so well on my food yesterday, but that's why I have extra WW points
I was all ready to go work out by running yesterday but it won't stop raining down here. So still haven't worked out. But I have lost a pound, go me!

I had a meeting that went really long over lunch time and I kind of forgot to plan a snack. So by the time I left, I was starving. Luckily, I didn't cave and hit the Wendy's on the way home. I really needed to step up my exercise. I do great on the weekends because DH, DS, and I go hiking on Saturday and Sunday. But M-F, it's a different story.

i joined WW online yesterday and stayed within my points. really like the new online systems...haven't done WW in almost 10 yrs.

i didn't have a great eating day. i had a lunch meeting with magnia pizza (although i did choose thin wheat crust over the stuffed pizza) and then i had a work happy hour complete with shiner and chuys chips & creamy jalapeno.
i'm highly motivated though because i had a great workout this morning. however i've got anothe lunch meeting today, so hopefully it'll be something healthier than pizza.
I think i'll set thursday as my weigh in days so i'll update tomorrow.

I had a panic attack at the dentist before (which I've never had before and btw, it was awful). I am definitely a emotional eater! I left the dentist, had three drinks, queso, and 2 1/2 pieces of cake! Ugh
Thankfully I'd been extra good about my food the rest of the day.
