In addition to those already mentioned, Cormac and Padriag--DH's family still lives in Ireland that those are his cousin's names. I'm parital to the name Liam.
I also really like Riley. It was my Irish FIL's middle name, but we decided to use it as a middle name instead since the popularity of Riley as a girl name is rapidly increasing.

Liam, Aidan, Connor, Patrick, Kieran, Declan............all over used! Go for one of the uncommon Irish names. There are so many to choose from!
