I just wanted to throw this out there- the Always Infinity overnight pads are the BEST postpartum pads- i cant recommend them enough. i was bleeding super heavily and these absorbed incredibly well and didnt leak. theyre very thin too. i had brought home some of the hospital pads (the super long and super thick ones) & the gauzey undies because i wasnt sure if regular OTC pads/underwear would cut it- i never even used the hospital stuff and i didnt ruin my clothes.

I can't remember what color pkg they are in but I concur with this recommendation Always brand is quite often always the best in my opinion.

Good to know. I was dreading wearing those big, diaper-like pads.
