  • are you not sleeping because of discomfort or nerves, etc?  I have been sleeping ok- up every couple of hours of course, but at this point i am used to it since i probably haven't slept a full night since before i was pg with DS!  i would ask your doc to recommend or prescribe something...not sure what is safe to take.  but you are right, you definitely need your rest with the big event coming up!

All of the above.... My stomach aches at night so badly.. I toss and turn and then have to pee, and then can't stop thinking.

  • I went from Benadyl, to Unisom, to Ambien, That's just unfortunately where I'm at these days.  Still struggle sleeping on Ambien, but it's much better then night after night of not sleeping.  Talk to you dr and then consider your options.

  • Unisom has been my best friend for the last 7 months or so.  It will also help if you have slight nausea from your organs being squished!
  • Both my OB and neurologist approved the use of Ambien for me.

Same! I'm taking a full tablet right now because I have a wicked cold and that helps get me to sleep, otherwise I was taking 1/2 tablet most nights (I've had terrible sleeping problems lately!!)
