I am in my tenth week and I am so unmotivated, tired, I feel fat and I have a ton of housework to do. And here I am sitting on the couch, thinking about what I can eat next. I do go to work all week, and I am just so tired! What do you ladies do to get motivated!? I know in the first tri I am supposed to be tired, but, come on already!

I'm a couple weeks behind you and it is noon and I have done nothing today but eat and watch TV, and I am not planning to accomplish much. Later on, I will do a load of laundry and clean the bathrooms, and if I can get that done before I go to bed, I will call this day a success.
I agree - don't push yourself. Set a small goal to make yourself feel better, and then relax and enjoy :-)
I remember being so tired in my first tri I couldn't sleep enough.I was like a zombie. You body is working so hard to multiply those cells... As a mom now I SAY SLEEP WHILE YOU CAN!!!

I know it's stressful to procrastinate but your days of lounging around and vegging out are numbered.
Put on some comfy slippers, fix yourself a cup of hot tea, grab a good book or newspaper, and relax!!!
