my crazy amount of drugs for IVF#2!

Yes...there are 4 boxes of Follistim and 6 boxes of Menopur.

Here's to hoping that IVF #2 is the charm!

    That's a lot of needles. Yikes. My fingers are crossed that this IVF will be the one!!! :-)

    I'm completely positive this is your cycle!

    Also, who's the genius that thinks that the smallest red box will accommodate all of those needles? When do you start stims?

    1 ectopic 3 m/c's prior to 5/05 Un-freaking-explained IF 5/05 IVF, BFN 9/05 FET 3d5e, BFP = Beautiful Baby Girl (lucky pg #5) 8/08 Fet 3d5e, cp 12/08 IVF with PGD, transfer 3, BFN 5/09 FET transfer 4, BFN Hail Mary IUI with Follistim 9/11 BFP; 9/22 confirmed tubal/MTX 4/10 FET 3d5e, BFP!!!! m/c 5/26/10 1 year break and yet another m/c 5/11 FET #5 initial beat 121, second beta 7 Lap and removal of L tube and very mild endo 7/11 Suprise BFP 12/11 & m/c @ 8 wks. After 11 losses and one beautiful miracle our journey is over, we are thankful and at peace.

    I was thinking the same thing!  I think we used 3 of them my last IVF!  I'm supposed to start on Saturday...baseline u/s on Weds...fingers crossed!

    It's pretty daunting at first, but once you get going it all works out.  This time I got different guage needles...I'm figuring this little change is my one thing different this cycle to bring me luck!

    I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...

    WOW!  You need the large disposal box.  Last time the pharmacist said, 'Do you want the large on?"  And I just burst out laughing.  I was like, "Well if I don't need it, who does?  The third floor of the hospital?"

    Yes, that looks very similar to my baby in a box, except I have gonal f instead of follistim. I am on some high doses of drugs this time.  I hope 2nd time is the charm for both of us.  I am about a week ahead of you.  Good luck Char!!
