  Mine started at 34 weeks.  Internals started at 36 weeks.  Twice a week started at 37 weeks.

  36 weeks, unless you're unlucky like me and get high blood pressure at one of your 2 week appointments.  Ugh.  On to my 3rd weekly appointment on Thursday!
