I guess I forgot to formally introduce myself! I discovered this board over the weekend and I love it! It's nice to hear from woman that know where you're coming from.
My name is Val...i'm 24 years old...and I have a wonderful daughter that will be 4 in June. My hubs and I have been TTC since DD was 11 months old...so approximately 3 years. I spoke with my OBGYN after trying for 8 months and after working with her for 12 months, she referred me to an RE. We have been working with the RE for 16 months now. I have two diagnosis'...diminishing ovarian reserve & stage ll endometriosis(lap in July 09). I have had 4 clomid/TI cycles, 5 femara/TI cycles, 7 femara/iui cycles (which produced 3 chemical pregnancies) and I'm currently on my 3rd follistim/ovidrel/iui cycle.
I'm excited to hear everyones advice and share my own...but hopefully only for a short while!
Re: Intro
I'm new here too! I'm 30 and have a 2.5 yo daughter (who was conceived with no issue). We've only been trying since 8/09, and we just met with the RE last week. I'm very relieved to have found someplace where people are in a similar situation. (Though I wouldn't wish it on anyone!)
