and now I'm having a little bit of brown spotting with slight cramping. Could it be caused my missing my injection? Have any of you had this happen?
The love of my life, Riley.

I forgot a PIO injection too and everything was fine. I think your spotting is most likely a coincidence and not the result of missing one injection. I had spotting on and off from 8-10 weeks. But it can not hurt to call the RE and ask.

Ok, thank you. This is the first spotting I've seen so of course just a little worried.

Your pg should produce enough progesterone on it's own. The injection is just extra insurance. Call your RE and I hope everything is OK!
