NBR: so lightheaded today

I don't know why but I have been so lightheaded the last couple of hours. I just ate something and thought it would make me feel better but it hasn't.I hope DS sleeps a little longer now so that I can relax and hopefully feel better. DH doesn't get home for another hour & 1/2. UGH, maybe I'm just tired.

oh i get like that sometimes.

Maybe you just need a nap. or try some protein..that usually helps me.

Thanks, I used to get this way sometimes before I was pg w/DS but it hasn't happened since I had him. I have so much to get done before DH gets home too. I think I will try some protein and relax for 1/2 hour and see if that helps, thanks!

I get that way a lot. I have low blood pressure. Do you? If I eat or drink something with sugar in it, it helps a lot. My mom literally has to keep candy or something sweet in her purse when she is out; same with my sister.

If it continues, have your doc check your iron levels.

my BP is on the lower side so I've been told this is normal. Feeling a little better now after eating & relaxing a little. Thanks ladies
