Any suggestions to make it go away faster?

Re: How long does post ER soreness last?
I'm sorry that you're still feeling sore honey, I'm usually feeling much better within a day or so.
Have you tried tylenol? I know you've been doing the heating pad.
I was just a little sore the day of ER and by the day after, I barely had any soreness.
I hope yours goes away really really soon!
I don't have suggestions to make it go away faster, but my soreness lasted a good 2 or 3 days. I didn't feel completely "right" again until a couple days after that (it seemed like I felt off longer than most ladies do).
I just caught up on your news from yesterday - those are some great fert numbers!! I hope you feel better really soon!
12/08 DX - irregular cycles - unexplained IF
2/09 - 4/09 - Clomid, TI
5/09 - 12/09 - 4 IUI
3/10 - 7/10 - 2 IVF
11/10 - Frozen Transfer
3/11 - Dx Insulin Resistant & Hypoglycemic - treating w/ Metformin & diet
I've been taking 1000mg tylenol every 4 hours and using heating pad but D told me I was cooking my insides leaving it on so long

Wormsie - that's WAY too much tylenol. The maximum you should have in 1 day is 4000mg. If you're taking 1000mg, you shouldn't be taking it any more often than every 6-8 hours.
You can absolutely use the heating pad as much as you like until ET. Tell mr worms to stuff it.
Unfortunately, i believe the rule is the more eggs you get, the more sore you'll feel. I know i felt considerably worse this time compared to last time and it was 3 days until I was myself again (yet still a little bloated).
Can you take another day off of work, and just rest?
Hope you feel better soon.

I am sorry that you are so sore. Unfortunately for me the only thing that made it feel better was time.
Keep resting up and I hope you feel better soon!
Sorry you're still sore.
Today I finally feel pretty much back to normal.
Tylenol, heating pad, rest. Oh, and (TMI) maybe a stool softener and some gas-x. I know once I had a bm I felt much, much better!

Did they give you a prescription pain killer? My RE always gave me one before walking out the door, and although I never had it filled, I am sure it would help (I am scared of painkillers, so I won't take them). I was usually sore a day or two after, but by the time I went in for my transfer, I was feeling better.
I hope you start feeling better soon! Any fert report today?

My RE gave me Tylenol w/codeine to take in combination with an ice pack, for some reason the cold helped me feel better rather than heat. Hope you feel better
