DD is on prednisone right now... today was her last dose. But it is making her crazy. Like super hyper almost. Is this normal?

DS has been on steroids twice. I will say we saw results of relief within a 24 period. However, I do not recall him being super hyper or anything out of the norm. I DO remember it tasting like metallic poison, yuck!
At least you know it's working.
Yes DS was on it back in Jan. The results were instant! Worked great for him, but did not make him hyper. He is on Pulmicort & Xopenex, now I think those make him hyper & crazy.

Totally and completely normal.
DS has been on prednisolone (orapred, liquid prednisone) and it makes him insane. He was in the hospital and really sick when he started it, so he was pretty weak anyway and not as hyper. But once he started healing and was finishing up his doses, that's when it really hit him and he was hardly napping and was just crazy in general.
