    I know it's not exactly in Spartanburg but it's only about a 20 minute drive. Look up Parkside Pediatrics on Batesville Road. They are great! =) The website is www.parksidepediatrics.com

    I second Parkside!!!  I absolutely love the place.  My baby is almost seven months old and they are great!  Easy to find from pretty much anywhere and the office is really cool too.  The doctors on staff are wonderful.  Dr. Anderson is my daughter's doctor, but she has seen everyone in the office and they have been wonderful.  Dr. Jones is really great too.  I had to take my daughter in at four months for an emergency appointment and I was blown away by the way he interacted with her.  This place is great!
