For plain bows, Target. My favorite plain bow is from Kroger and it was a dollar. If the Gymboree outfit has a matching bow, I will usually get it, but they don't stay in as well as the alligator clips. I cannot bring myself to spend the money on etsy bows.
I also like Target for plain, small bows. I found some cute ones at HEB the other day. I've ordered from www.prettybow.com several times and just found out about www.maeandme.com. She's a friend of a friend and the bows look super cute and pretty cheap.
Target! When my mom makes Ellie a dress she always makes me a matching bow so I'm usually covered for her fancy dresses. But for everyday stuff Target.
I've also bought pre-made bows at the fabric store and hairclips at CVS and glued them or sewn them to the clips myself! But with a toddler who has the time!

I buy from this seller. She's very reasonable and ships fast

Frilly Flops and Bouncy Bows she is in the Deer Park area. I've placed several orders and received super quickly for last minute gifts.
She will match any outfit, embellish and use any style clip you need.
I get mine from a local boutique called Mommie Chic or from Doodles.
I just always need a certain color by like THE NEXT DAY, so I never have time for etsy, though I know there are cute ones to be found there!
