Any suggestions for making the transition from napping in the swing to napping in her crib?? DD is sleeping thought the night fine in her crib (10-5:30/6) but she just isn't having it during the day...
Never mind....I have had SUCCESS! I went up and wrapped a (crocheted) blanket around her legs (trying to break the swaddle habit too) and after a few minutes of fussing she is out Yay!

Yep, this is exactly what I've been doing with DD. She was a sound swing napper. But she was taking one 3 hour nap a day. I started reading The Baby Whisperer and decided I needed to get her on an EASY routine. We're on week 2 of napping in the crib. She's been taking 3 1 hour naps a day and stays up for about 1 1/2 hours in between. I've noticed a really big difference! It's great.
Anyway, got a little off topic there, but yeah. I wrap her bottom half in a blanket, turn on her baby crack machine and she fusses for about a minute and then goes to sleep.
