Im going to be upset if Ford does not find out and fix what is wrong

on my car today.  I was told today by the manager (who is person I ask to speak with once my car acts up again) that im over the miles for my warrenty and next time its under the extended warrenty to bring the car in.  He made my numbers today just under the miles for my normal warrenty.  Now its going to cost me $100 each vist.  Today the car is in for 2 problems I had this summer they fixed them but its doing it again.  Im not going to be happy to have to pay $100 for the same freaking problems I have had that its been in the shop for.  If you have not seen one of my posts about my car.  It was a brand new car when we bought it in 2008 and we have had it in the shop every few mos since we bought it.  One problem had to be fixed twice and now its in for 2 more problems that were fixed (I was told they were fixed).  Ford corp will not do anything for me and the RM who was helping me never called me back and I lost his number.  We tried to trade the car in and it was going to cost us $50 more a month to get a way smaller car then what we have now because of how much we owe on the car and what its worth. 

 

Sorry just needed to vent.

    But on a good note.  I lost a some parts to 2 puzzle books we got for dd.  I called today to find how if I could order and how much for the 3 parts I needed (1 for one book 2 for the second book) and the compnay does not have a price for the parts and the cs rep saw a few instock so she is just going to ship them out to me.

    Its a Ford Taurus X.  Its a cross over.  I have talked to others with this car and no one has had the problems

     This is the first time we have ever had problems with a Ford car.  We have a f-150 that is a 2000 has over 200,000 miles and is just now getting a few problems and its been easy fixes nothing to bad yet.  My car that I bought after I got out of high school is a 2003 and has a few problems but its because I rear ended someone and the parts the auto body shop put in is acting up a little.  I told dh next time we buy a car I would like a differant brand just because of these problems.

    Sorry, I couldn't resist.  Half of my family works for GM!

    I think if you have the vehicle in for the same thing 5 times it is considered a "lemon" and they are supposed to actually give you a new one.  Personally, I know people with the Taurus and they've had no problems at all.
