My cat ran away last night :(

He is an awesome cat. Such a snuggler, great with the kids. Just all around awesome cat.

I fell asleep on the couch last night and was letting the dogs out around 3:30am. He managed to get out with them. They chased him through the yard and then he scooted out under the fence. I haven't seen him since. I have a can of food out there, but I'm not holding out hope. He has never been outside before, has no survival skills and we are 2 blocks from a major road. And even if someone else does find him, I doubt they'll bring him back, he is a beautiful Siamese. I am so bummed about this and have no idea what I am going to tell DD when she notices that he is not around.

    Awww I hope she comes back soon. There's still time, maybe she'll come back. If you normally let the dogs out the back door, maybe put the foot outside of the front door so she's not as easily scared off?

    Oh, no! I'm so sorry. I was heartbroken when one of my cats ran away years ago. The hardest part for me was not knowing what happened to him. :(

    I hope he comes back!
