Convert dresser to changing table

I looked through the boards and couldn't find the post I was looking for. I have a dresser that I'm wanting to make into a changing table. It seems like I saw someone mention that you could use the non-stick liner to put on top along with a changing pad? Does this ring a bell, or does anyone have an easy way to convert it? When I googled it, there were mostly long, complicated ways, but I'm looking for fairly easy.

    We just use the non slip grip underneath the changing pad, we've never had any problems with it.

    you can also purchase a changing pad that mounts to the dresser (attaches to the back)  - they sell these at BRU and Target

    We just stuck a changing pad on top of our dresser (without a non-stick liner) and it works. I just make sure I don't walk away from DS just in case.

    I'm pretty sure that our changing pad came with bolts that you could attach to the back of the dresser if you really want to make it secure.  I don't think it's necessary though.

    All you really need to convert is to get a changing pad, most have the non slip bottoms to them. I got the Serta changing pad at BRU. They also come with anchors that you can attach to the back of the dresser. 

    Unless you plan on leaving your child unattended on the changing table (which I wouldn't recommend no matter what you use to convert), this is safe and works

    Yes, put a non slip mat under the changing pad.  That's it!

    I've read that over time the pad will cause the paint to chip or fade if you don't add a non slip mat, so we'll definitely be doing that.
