Annies fruit salsa with cinn/sugar chips

I made this tonight and my husband who RARELY eats fruit loved it! Needless to say Ben has been begging for more since I set it out. Such a good spring/summer treat :)

Re: Annies fruit salsa with cinn/sugar chips

  • Oh I should mention the substitutions I used. I did strawberries, fuji apples (they don't brown as fast and stay crisp), cantaloupe, pineapple, and kiwi. I added a lot of lemon juice to prevent browning and I just added enough brown sugar to bring back the sweetness. I did 3 tbs of strawberry preserves as well. If I would ve added the full sugar and preserves I could guarantee it would ve been sickly sweet. I also used whole wheat tortillas and regular olive oil spray instead of artificial butter spray
