  doyous - what state are you in?  First pumpkin fest, now oktoberfest!  I'm jealous.

  I wish we had more festivals.  All we get are RibFest and nearby there is WeFest (which is not fun for me since I dislike country music and don't drink).  If you go to the surrounding small towns you can get stuff like Potato Days, Loco Days, Watermelon Days, and any other sort of fruit or vegetable day you can imagine though.  I'm just too lazy to drive to other towns.

  The town of Bertram, Texas has an Oatmeal Festival every year. How fun could that be? Cracks me up every time I see the billboard for it.
