I had a cosmo tonight-with some appetizers-and enough champagne for a toast. WDYT? She will eat in 3 hours or so.

    The general rule of thumb is that if you can't feel the affects of the alcohol, your LO won't be able to either.  I have a dark beer every night (to help boost my supply) and I don't dump.

    Honestly, no, I wouldn't P&D...

    I think she'd be perfectly fine to eat in 3 hours, but that's just my opinion!

    Invest in those little strips from Target that tell you if your milk is safe... though, to be honest, I bought some and haven't used them. I usually only have one drink when I partake, anyway, so have never felt questionable about how much I drank. Agreed with pp though that if you don't feel it, you're safe to BF.
