Daycare - Infant

Does anyone have any recommendations for daycares in the area from South Burlington, Shelburne, Charlotte area? A home daycare preferred. We are having a baby in September and I am finding it impossible to find places that have availability. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

    Do you know about Child Care Resource? They can help you with placement, but maybe you've already tried this. I'm also due in September and having difficulty finding infant openings in the Fairfax, Fletcher, Cambridge area. I TOTALLY understand.

    I will say that several years back I worked at Pine Forest Children's Center in the S. End of Burlington. That was a good place, but it probably has a long waiting list. I'd also check out the Y infant programs, too. I subbed at the College Street location a few years ago and I thought the program was excellent and they had excellent ratios for a center. Sorry Idon't know any home daycares in your area. Did you check craigslist?
