Recommend your diaper pail please

I'm torn between the diaper genie and the arm and hammer diaper pail, but I'm also open to other suggestions.  Please send them my way and include why you like/love yours!

    We bought the Diaper Genie cause DH had to have one. I was just going to use a trash can.  I will say the DG does keep her room from smelling like poop and pee.

    I have both the Arm & Hammer and Diaper Genie (one up stairs & one down stairs), I like the Arm and Hammer better. Both of them you have to push the diaper in, but the Diaper Genie you really have to push it through the slot (which I dont like and am always afraid I will get poop on my hand). I also like the Arm and Hammer bags better. 

    We were staying at a friend's recently and they had the Baby Trend Deluxe Diaper Champion. I I really liked it, because you just drop the diaper in and flip the handle (you dont have to actually push the diaper in). Plus, you dont have to buy special bags. Heres a link to it:

    This is what we've been doing for 3 weeks. Our trash can is in our pantry and that just isn't working to smell dirty diapers as you are getting food out of the pantry.

    This is what we've been doing for 3 weeks. Our trash can is in our pantry and that just isn't working to smell dirty diapers as you are getting food out of the pantry.

    I didn't say put it in the food pantry Ick! Our trash can is small and right by the changing table and I take it out once a day. I hate all diaper pails they smell worse when you open them and are a waste of money.

    I have the Arm & Hammer and I love it.  The refills are cheaper and it's super easy to put them in and get the full bags out.  The bags have a snap at the top so when it's full, it snaps closed and you don't have to worry about trying to tie them or anything.  Also, the baking soda in the top just sprinkles in.  It's not stinky at all!

    THIS!!!  I LOVE that it takes normal trash bags--so much easier.  And I'm not having a problem with smell at all.  Tip from my BFF:  put a small air freshener in the bottom of the pail.  Totally awesome.

    I have the Arm and Hammer pail and it's working great so far...although DD's diapers don't stink yet.  We'll have to see how it works when they start to get really stinky. lol
