well now what...(formula)

We've had LO on Similac Sensitive for gas because I have a lactose sensitivity and thought she might too and that was causing the gas. Well she's been on it for a few weeks and she still cries about gas a few times a day, especially when she eats. It's like she's got trapped gas, because they come out forcefully. We also use gas drops in every bottle. Any suggestions on what to do now?

    Our pedi recommended Enfamil Gentlease instead of Sim Sensitive.  He said it tends to agree a little better on little tummies.

    ds1 had that problem. We ended up on Parent's Choice w/ added Rice Starch. worked like a charm.

    You cant take the two full ones to walmart and trade them?

    nope, tried that before. they won't do anything with formula unless you have a receipt.

    I wouldnt switch from a lactose FREE formula.. to a formula with lactose.. the gentleease has lactose.. it made my daughter cry and cry.. we were on the sensitive as well.. and tried switching to that.. and now we are on Similac RS.. and she is still gassy - but not as bad.. also try a different bottle!!!
