Should I be worried about scar tissue?

What have you guys heard about scar tissue and TTC? I had a D&E, a D&C, removed fibroid tumors, removed a cyst, and removed endometriosis. Plus a laporoscopy and hysteroscopy, and of course, big laparotomy. 

My doctor didnt say anything about how scar tissue may affect me? If you have had any procedures, did your dr. mention negative effects of scar tissue and how likely that was.

My BFN this morning has got me all out of wack.......

    I worried about scar tissue after my second d&c. My doctor ordered an SGH, and it shower nothing. The only reason we were worried about it is because I wasn't bleeding when AF was supposed to show. I charted, my temp would drop but no blood would come out. It ended up being a different problem, but the test for scar tissue is easy.

    I know it can happen, but I believe it is very rare.

    I have had two d&c's and my HSN showed no anatomical issues in the ute.

    I had laporoscopy in aug 06 and D&E sept 09.  The only mention I got of scar tissue was from the nurse post-op in september.  She was stressing I should take it easy for 2 weeks so I didn't risk doing more damage and causing scar tissue.  At least this is what I believe she said, I'm realizing my post-op memory might not be top notch.  Sorry about the BFN.
