What a pleasant way to wait for an appt.

I was a little depressed this morning. I woke up to cold rain and I had to drive DH to work....so I had to be up way earlier than normal. I have an ultrasound at 10, so there was no point in driving all the way home after dropping DH off, but it meant that I had like three hours to kill before my appt and no stores around here open until 9am...so the best I could do to kill time was grab something to eat.

Well, I brought my laptop with me just to do some paperwork...not thinking that Panera has internet access!. So heres the pleasant part. I'm surfing the web, in a comfy chair by a fireplace that is casting the most pleasant lighting and warmth! Its nasty out but I am warm by the fire with a hot chocolate and a bagel that tastes like candy. Plus there is classical music floating in the background and a young couple in my field of vision holding hands across the table.....sigh.

I should be early to appts more often.

I'm completely jealous! I have an appt at 11 and I have to wait in a cramped cubicle in a room with no windows at work. Bleh!! Lucky you Stick out tongue
