I think hell froze over...

DH had to stay home with all 3 kids on Tuesday because the babysitter was sick. I didn't have any doubt that he would be able to do it, but I was worried for his sanity. I get a call at work about an hour before I was supposed to come home and boy did I think hell froze over. He told me that he was very greatful for everything that I do with the kids and that he now understands why I feel overwhelmed sometimes home all day with all 3 kids. He said that he loves me even more now that he really knows what I do all day. I wish he would have said this before now, but at least he said it. I never thought he would say anything like this!

    Well, I'm glad at least he 1) realized how hard it is and 2) communicated how much he appriciates you.

    I am glad he "gets it" and showed his appreciation!


    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    I'm sure it is what I deal with every day but I'm more used to it and I have more patience than he does. Still feels great though!
