I'm doing a similar theme and there is some great artwork on art.com. Pale yellow walls, white trim, all white bedding, and "Ballooning over Paris" which I ordered at art.com.
there are a lot of pink and black nurseries that do poodle +Eiffel Tower stuff. Do a google image search.
If you are looking for french countryside then it's very easy to find pics of rooms that are not necessarily nursery styles, but will get you in the ballpark for what to do with the walls and decor.
