xp: nursery advise!

I would just paint the room one relatively neutral color...if not beige than a light yellow or green or something that goes with the bedding, and then get a really great rug. I would leave the trim white. I'm not a fan of wall borders, and that one seems especially busy. How about a painted stripe midway up the wall if you want some contrast?

  • I agree 100% with pp

  • Im not a fan of beige walls... especially in a nursery. Sometimes when you put a contrasting color with white trim it can actually make the room look larger. I did my bathroom in a rusty orange and it looks huge now.

Get some paint chips that match the bedding and tape them to the wall for a few days... you'll find a favorite most likely.

Then, buy a small can of paint and test it on just one wall to feel if it is the look you are going for.
