UCSD does have a peds office right next to Children's Hospital. We took our son there for the first 4 months but we were not very happy with it. Our Dr, Dr Crowe was a great Dr. but we constantly had to wait over an hour for his appointments. Also, we would see many different interns, residents, ect and felt like it was never personalized care.
I hate to write a negative review of something but in our experience we weren't happy. We switched to Scripps Coastal Medical Group at 6 months and we have been SO happy with them .

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that UCSD does not have a peds dept. I believe they send all the kids to Childrens.
