Diaper bag recommendations?

For some reason, I'm having trouble choosing a diaper bag! Anyone have any thoughts? Features or brands you loved? Stuff you didn't like?

We tried a couple and ended up loving a laptop/messanger bag from Target. It has the extra compartments and we love it.

I really like the Land's End diaper bag. It has great pockets and space and doesn't scream "I'm a diaper bag!" They are solid colors and my husband has no issues with carrying it since it isn't flowery or anything.

We have 4 diaper bags, and I am sad to admit, but we use all 4 of them! We have a small cute one that we use for quick trips to the store, we have a backpack one we use for traveling, we have a bigger one we use for day trips, and then a medium size one we use daily.

To make a long post longer, we registered for the cute, matching one, and the backpack. We got the big one as a gift, and then I picked up the medium one a few months ago. The 2 features I really like are a zip closure, and a long strap so I can throw the bag over my shoulder. The bigger one we have has shorter handles so it is tough when you have your child in one hand and the diaper bag in the other, doesn't leave you with another hand to do things with!

We have a skip hop one that we bought from Target, it works great.

I have a few but use the bag I got free from Macy's (when I got married) the most. I also use this if I am just running into the store for a quick run
