Adding rice cereal to formula?

The pedi recommended we add rice cereal to LO's bottles to help with reflux.  We're having a hard time with knowing how big to cut the nipple and I was hoping someone had experience with this and could give me some tips!  We use Dr. Browns and they sell the higher level nipples so maybe those would work??  I'm just not sure how to do this...TIA!

    i guess it woudl depend on if its a bigger hole or just more holes. Avent nipples add more little holes. but i know some are bigger. You may have to look at them and see what they look like.

    I would start off with slicing an x into the hole of the nipple, not to big, b/c you do not want your lo to get to much at once.  If lo is able to suck it out, then you know it's big enough, if not, and it looks like it is clogging, make it a little bigger.
