daycares in or around Newburyport, MA

Hi - my sister is due in July and searching for a daycare in or around Newburyport, MA.  She checked out Bright Horizons and the cost is $460 a week!!!  Meals not included.  I live in Tampa, FL and pay $225 with meals included, so she is comparing the two and obviously thinking $460 is expensive!  Even Kindercare is about $350 without meals.  the one down here is $235......I guess its just the area and she certainly wants the best, but Im just curious if someone out there knows of a place maybe in West Newbury, Amesbury, a surrounding town that is not as expensive?
