I'm having some light brown spotting. I'm so worried - every minute I'm waiting for the phone to ring from my RE is agony!
Please, give me some sticky dust!

Re: 6 wks 4 days and I'm spotting :-(
spotting is sOOOOOO normal in the first trimester. i had red bleeding in the first tri twice and i am still trucking along. I had a hematoma, but there are many reasons why you could be spotting.
come on baby - stick!!
I know spotting can be so scary, but remember, it can be totally fine with spotting!!!! And, brown spotting is old blood, so that could still be from implantation.
My good friend had bright red blood all weekend, and her u/s on Monday showed twins that are completely healthy. She is 6wks. I know it's impossible not to worry, but I really hope you hear soon from your RE and everything is just fine!
I spotted red blood throughout my entire first trimester and part of my 2nd with my first pregnancy. I even had some major clotting and everything turned out just fine. They always brought me in for ultrasounds and never once found the source of the bleeding.
IVF #1 = BFP!! So blessed to have our baby boy! IVF #2 = Convert to frozen - 1 frostie! IVF #3 = Convert to frozen - 1 frostie! FET #1 = 8/14, Two transferred, One stuck! Praying for another healthy miracle! Due: 5/2/13
Spotting early on totally sucks - I hope everything is ok! I'm sure you've heard other positive stories, but I wanted to add mine: I spotted from just before 8 weeks until about 12 weeks (sometimes brown, sometimes red, sometimes spotting, sometimes a lot more than that) and my little guy is still going strong!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. Good luck!
Hon, Im sorry that you have this to worry about. I know how terrifying it is. I had brown spotting with preg. at 6 weeks, 3 days. RE was not concerned - said it happens all the time. Like other PPs said brown spotting is from old blood and very common in preg. Sending
IVF #1 1/10-transfered 2 blasts- DS born 10/2010
March 2015- Chemical pg

Now I'm a stay at home loving life and pursuing my love of photography!!!
I spotted around 7 weeks (except mine was bright red) and FREAKED OUT. I cried all night. My doctor had me come in the next morning for an u/s and his little heartbeat was beating away. He'd just thought it would be fun to scare mommy.
Don't worry! Spotting is quite commong during the 1st tri! Just drink water and take it easy.
TTC#2=July 2011: Surprise BFP: Chemical Pregnancy
Remember the IVF process, the needles, the poking, the prodding? All that makes little scabs. That eventually fall off, and you get old brown blood. Totally normal.
Don't panic! Good luck.
I hope it's "normal" pregnancy spotting. (I know spotting never seems normal.)
I had a major spotting/bleeding episode around the same time. Given my history of losses, I was *freaked*. I even one or two more spotting episodes about a week later. My u/ss always showed healthy babies and no reason for the spotting. My RE and OB both told me to stay well hydrated and keep my feet up whenever possible.
