I saw your post and wanted to tell you more about my situation.

I wasn't having and contractions or cramping.  My key sign was I would go to the bathroom and immediatly after I would have this small dribble.  I never had any problems with incontinence prior and I knew I was emptying my bladder so I figured something was up.

I was also told that some ob offices have pads you can put in that change color if it is amniotic fluid.  You could always check into that.
