And wow, this story is awesome. I am sure you guys have heard about the dad who jumped in to save his daughter in NYC. I have not read a whole story about this...just blurbs. Until today I never noticed or heard that the dad was not the first one in the water and did not really save his kid - a perfect stranger did! Amazing.

    Oh, really? I didn't know that. I saw the tourist that captured it on video on the today show and he said that the dad was the first and the one who rescued the girl but that the French tourist jumped into the water (with cell phone and stuff in his pocket) and helped him. The tourist said the dad was making sure the girl was out of the water and that the French tourist help the dad stay afloat.
