Pregnant after a Loss

3rd Tri Gals --- who has dropped?

I cannot believe there is now a space between my bb's and my stomach ~ I can breathe again lol -- he is so low and he's pressing on my pelvic area so hard!  His head is definitely down - his feet are still kicking me but in the middle of my stomach, no longer near my ribs.

I can't believe he's dropped already - I feel like I have a bowling ball pulling me forward and my sciatic is starting to act up at times...not to mention the lower backaches.

Is this too soon? Anyone else?

Re: 3rd Tri Gals --- who has dropped?

  • I don't even know how to tell. He's always been low. My inner thighs are sore though. Maybe that's something.
  • Loading the player...
  • I dropped somewhere around 35-36w.  Last Friday, she was so low I felt like she was going to peak out, but since then it almost feels like she moved back up again.  Maybe they just switch positions sometimes to make them feel lower?  I don't know what the average time is to drop, but it would be interesting to know...
  • Same here. He is so low that I feel him when I walked. Dr. confirmed. Just look at my picture. It is crazy. Hoping he makes his appearance soon.
  • I'm not totally sure but I do feelmore pressure on my pelvic when walking. I always carried him kind of low so just by looking I can't tell. I do feel bigger though.

  • peak = peek.  Sorry, I really should proof read :)
  • I've always carried low, but he is definitely down there... I have constant pressure on my groin and bladder, constant low backaches, and a feeling sometimes like he's gonna "fall out". And I still have 10 weeks to go!

Sigh. Sometimes I actually miss the days where I couldn't breathe....!!
  • Nope, but that would be great right about now.  Between the heartburn, not being able to breathe and the feeling of my ribs breaking, I would welcome a drop.  I know it will just bring on new issues, but I'm ready for a change.  :)
  • I totally think my baby sunk lower just yesterday.  I swear I got out of bed and actually felt him slide down a little.  It was almost painful.  Since then he has stayed a little lower and there is a lot more pressure down there, which has been uncomfortable. I've always carried him low though, so, this is just a little lower.  He still has a long way to come down still before delivery, so that is good!
  • I think Allie has started to drop a bit too. But seriously, just like in the last couple of days or so. It's hard to describe. I don't think she's made it too far lower, but slightly. it's like my belly hangs between my legs now.
