A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

I have really never thought about this. I know 2 Julia's and I pronounce them differently. Well, I guess they pronounce them jool-ya and joo-lee-a so I just repeat it that way. That is funny though.
This is how I always heard it. I was actually trying to figure out how you say it with two syllables. Still with this post I am having a hard time with a two syllable pronounciation.
Sometimes I hate these kinds of posts (nothing against you, obviously), because I realize a name that I think is so pretty is pronounced differently by a third of the population. I've never heard it as jool-yah, and don't like it nearly as much that way.

We're planning on naming a baby girl (if girl) Julia (3 syllables), so this is interesting for me! I have never, ever heard of the 2 syllables! Good to know that that pronunciation is out there!

Definitely 3 syllables, Jool-ee-ah
