I don't use opks, but I know the time from trigger to ovulation can vary, and is often more than 24 hours. So could that mean the opk wouldn't show a trigger yet?
And also, part of the joy of all of this is not only are we all different from each other, but from cycle to cycle, we can be different from ourselves!
So, I wouldn't worry. But maybe your RE's office can provide more insight? I would probably call just for reassurance.
TI, our insurance will not cover what they consider artificial (iui or ivf) .
I did 4 days of Bravelle 225iu + Menopur 75iu and when I went for my follie check yesterday, I had 2 18+mm. I was shocked because I was only CD7! My lining was 7, so they told me to trigger last night.

Thank you, Joyful!
I hate that I have to over analyze EVERYTHING!
I will call my RE in the morning if there still isn't a dark line, that will be 36 hrs after trigger.
You are welcome.
Are you doing TI or an IUI?
