I dislike my DH right now (vent)...

Around midnight, I got hit by the stomach bug--hard. I'll spare you the gory details, but it was awful and continued that way until 4am when I passed out from sheer exhaustion. Between bathroom trips, I asked my DH to stay home today if possible because my son has an appointment with his cardiologist and I didn't know if I'd be up to taking him. He said no problem.

Fast forward to this morning. I wake up to the baby babbling and no DH. I called him at work to ask what the hell happened, and he claims to have "forgotten" that I asked him to stay home. This is not the first time he's claimed ignorance when I've asked him to do something and in the 9 months since the baby was born, this is the first time I've asked him to stay home for ANY reason.

Can he leave early? I completely understand what your saying. Now I just write notes and send texts to remind my DH stuff. Are you feeling better?

I don't know about leaving early--I will have to ask him about it next time I get him on the phone.

I guess I'm feeling a little better? No appetite and my stomach turns every time I go in the kitchen, but only 1 bathroom trip so far today. We'll see. Tongue Tied
