puke coming from her nose!??!

ok- So DD occassionally pukes (i don't know if it's reflux or just ate too much) but here, lately, without it coming from her mouth, she'll just have the puke running from her nose! seriously gross but more than gross, FREAKING ME OUT!

so, my only question is, have you ever seen this before? DS had NONE of it and was VERY VERY gassy, and reflux-y. DH and I are kinda freaked because we call her "squeaker" and sometimes she gasps for air- making all kinds of funny noises- but now we're wondering if there's something seriously wrong! =(

    addie had that occasionally but it was usually in her mouth as well (sometimes just a little). your nasal passages and mouth are closely related so its possible to spit up through her little nose. it might bother her a little but its not usually a big deal that you need to call the dr or anything.

    Both of my kids were squeaky and both spit up out their noses. DS is actually less prone to spit up than DD was, but when he does it he's more likely to have it come out his nose. Still, he usually grins through it all so I don't worry. I think it's just because there's so much spitup that when it gets up to the top of the throat some of it just shoots past the mouth and goes out through the nose.
