thoughts & prayers needed - NBR

On Saturday night 4 local teens (3 from my school) were in a terrible car accident. 2 of the teens are in the hospital and are in very bad shape. The other 2 teens did not make it. I know that the power of prayer does wonders, so could you please pray for the families of the teens that lost their lives and for the 2 teens who are in the hospital. The driver survived and people are making death threats against her. She is only 16. There were no drugs and drinking involved, just an inexperience driver. I feel terrible for everyone. This is going to be a rough day as we are a very small town and everybody knows everybody. I'm just trying to support my students in what ever way they need. Thanks in advance!

I feel so bad for the girl & I hope her parents can shelter her from others I am sure she is being hard enough on herself at this point.

I'm so sorry to hear this. A similar incident happened to my sister's friends last month. Underage driver was seriously injured and the passenger died at the scene. It's a devastating blow to everyone involved and really brings up important safety discussions when it comes to teen drivers. I'm sending T&P to the victims and their families.
