Cooley Dickenson Yoga

The prenatal yoga is an excellent way to relax during pregnancy! I recommend the prenatal yoga given through Cooley Dickenson Hospital =)

    Thanks for the recommendation. I did the CD yoga at the Amherst location and it was okay, but cold since it was winter and the space was kind of weird. But I love everything else offered through CD (which is good since I'll be having my baby there soon!). Thanks!
