ISIS classes (with baby)

Has anyone done any of the ISIS Classes (either exercise or other). Did you like the classes? Any recs? I was looking at the yoga and baby class. Also, how are the drop-in play groups?

    I have taken pretty much all of them (at Arlington)- yes I am an Isis groupie. Anyway, I have taken yoga and liked it - I had Celeste, but have heard good things about Lauren too..

    The facilitators/teachers really make/break the class and I have had a range - some ok, some fantastic. Jennifer G in Arlington is fantastic - really. She is also one of the trainers for the other teachers...

    The drop-ins are basically just an empty room with a bunch of toys, however it is nice on a rainy day to meet new people and let the little ones run around.
